Any retailer who makes returns a problem or hassle deserves less than 1 star. How can people confidently shop for items knowing they could be purchasing a defective unit then go through the headache or no return at all. It's a terrible practice that all modern retailers have done away with. You've lost my business forever for a pathetic $20 item. Good job.
Beware! Employees are trained to give you problems and dirty looks on returns. Some returns won't be accepted at all, like broken things you didn't know were broken until you used them then they won't allow returns of used things. The prices are near double than most other places anyway.
