I called to confirm an order that I had placed on line. It was 8:30 in the morning, figured it wasn't busy. After being transferred 3 times and spoken to like I was 9, I STILL got no answer!! I have to drive an hour to pick up my item and I figured it would be no big deal to double check. WRONG. Thanks for nothing. Pretty sure I'll be taking my business elsewhere after this.
Pharmacy is poor. No Pharmacist manager. Lost Pharmacist along with some great employees recently and the Pharmacy has gone from one of the best to absolutely the worst. Before on a busy day take maybe an hour to get a script filled usually 15-20 minutes max. Now scripts take at least a day or two minimum because they have a "skeleton" crew working there. Shopko executives need to pull head out of their you know what.
