I received a recall on my car. I called the service department they ordered the parts and received them very quickly. They scheduled my appointment for two working days later. I brought the car to them at the scheduled time they installed the parts and I had the car back in 30 minutes.
Very upset with the customer service. Not appreciative of the way we were treated as a customer after our family bought multiple vehicles from them. After highly recommending them in the past, my opinion has changed and I will never use them again. Very disappointing, as I am a believer in buying local.
They are up front with you as a customer and treat you with respect.☺️
Renze Ford had done a great job in an oil change for me recently. It was easy to set up a service appointment and once I arrived, my vehicle was repaired. I would hesitate to recommend Renze Ford to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle...
